The Wave IP platform has many advantages over other competition out of the box. A few of the powerful tools included with the base cabinet include:
•Voicemail System with 10,000 Mailboxes
•Wave ViewPoint, used for Visual Voicemail and Controlling Phone Operations
•Personal and System-Wide Call Recording
•Built-in Voice Server*, capable of running IVR scripts coded in vXML PDF
•Built-in Contact Center*, a call center application for call queuing, monitoring and reporting
Warranty and Subscriptions
The topics of warranty periods and "will this system be obsolete in a year" are inevitable when talking about any product relating to technology. In order combat with these concerns, we are extending to customers:
•Two (2) Year Standard Warranty on the Main Cabinet and All Internal Cards and Components
•Five (5) Year Standard Warranty on Digital Endpoints
•One (1) Year Standard Warranty on IP endpoints.

Not unlike typical IT servers, the Wave IP Platform uses licenses to allow access for making calls, and utilizing the advanced applications like Voice Server and Contact Center, which are typically licensed upon a per user, per port, or per device basis.
The Wave Subscription program is designed to provide Peace of Mind in the sense that your phone system will not be outdated within a short amount of time. For an annual fee, any product enhancements released while on the subscription program will be offered to you with no additional costs**. Please note, standard bug fixes and service packs will be provided without a subscription plan, however actual feature enhancements and releases will only be available as a separate cost.
